Mariana Fernandes is the CEO and founder of the company. She started working in the cleaning industry in 2003 and gained experience in companies of different sizes and structures. She kept all the good things and learned from the challenging experiences. After accumulating extensive knowledge in the field, she opened her own company, Mariana's Cleaning Services, in 2013.
Mariana developed the company's philosophy and ensures that it is clear to everyone who joins the company. She has also developed her own cleaning methods and actively participates in training sessions to ensure that the entire team is well-prepared to put them into practice. Mariana Fernandes established the company together with her husband, Fabio DeMiranda, who is now responsible for power washing the exteriors of houses (a service offered by Mariana's Cleaning Services through their partnership). Fabio is also in charge of maintaining and cleaning the equipment regularly to ensure their efficiency.
The first assistant was Olimpia Macedo, Mariana's mother. In addition to helping with house cleaning when needed, her main role now is inventory maintenance, cleaning of cloths, and replenishing supplies for the teams.
Mariana's Cleaning Services is fully insured and bonded. Additionally, we offer a 100% guarantee. If a photo of any area that was not cleaned properly is sent within 24 hours after the service, we will return at no extra cost.
